This Organic and Rainforest Alliance Certified, Natural-Processed bean comes from the Katana washing station near Kabare, DR Congo. This region is blessed with abundant rainfall, volcanic soils and situated at a high altitude, all contributing factors in its excellent quality. We have chosen to do a light roast profile on this bean to feature its subtle fruit flavor profile.

When will my order ship?
We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. So no matter when you place your order, it will be shipped within 4 days.
What shipping method?
All of our shipments are going USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. USPS Priority should take between 1 and 3 business days and UPS Ground between 2 and 5 business days.
