This magnificent single estate bean is cultivated under the watchful eyes of Alfredo Ramirez. Five years ago, Alfredo embarked on his own coffee-growing journey with a 0.88 hectare farm he named Los Pinos due to the abundance of pine trees in the area. Once harvested the beans go through a 48hr fermentation and sun-dried on raised beds.
We have done a medium roast on this bean which brings our a tasty chocolate syrup, blackberry cobbler flavor profile with a little cherry.

When will my order ship?
We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. So no matter when you place your order, it will be shipped within 4 days.
What shipping method?
All of our shipments are going USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. USPS Priority should take between 1 and 3 business days and UPS Ground between 2 and 5 business days.
