In 2000, 62 Honduran coffee farmers joined together with a common goal to transform their farms from conventional to organic production and formed COMSA (Cafe Organico Marcala, S.A.). In 2006, COMSA applied for and was granted Fair Trade certification status. COMSA uses revenues from coffee sales to fund many social projects including paying teachers' salaries and purchasing school supplies.
We decided to to a medium roast, that is just on the dark side of medium on this mid-altitude bean. This brings out tremendous notes of Cocoa and Butterscotch with a subtle Pear note on the finish.

When will my order ship?
We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. So no matter when you place your order, it will be shipped within 4 days.
What shipping method?
All of our shipments are going USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. USPS Priority should take between 1 and 3 business days and UPS Ground between 2 and 5 business days.
