This delicious, high altitude Peruvian bean comes to us from a cooperative of 535 farmers located on the left bank of the Amoju River. The Amoju farmers have been dedicated to the production of coffee with practices that mitigate climate change since their founding in 2016. By forming this cooperative, they have been able to improve the production and quality of their coffee, resulting in a better product and pricing options for all farmers.
We have done a medium roast on this delightful bean with a development phase which highlights some wonderful chocolate and almond notes while also maintaining a subtle red apple note.

When will my order ship?
We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. So no matter when you place your order, it will be shipped within 4 days.
What shipping method?
All of our shipments are going USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. USPS Priority should take between 1 and 3 business days and UPS Ground between 2 and 5 business days.
