This delightful, natural processed, fruit forward bean comes from the Cyesha Region of Rwanda. The Cyesha Region is extra special because of the volcanic soil, high altitude and wind flow from the surrounding lakes. These conditions lend to a moderately acidic bean with delicious fruit notes. The name Sozi Bisoke comes from the Kinyarwanda word for mountain, "Sozi" and Mount Bisoke, located in the Cyesha Region. We decided to do a light roast on these beans to highlight the acidity and yummy fruit notes.

When will my order ship?
We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. So no matter when you place your order, it will be shipped within 4 days.
What shipping method?
All of our shipments are going USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. USPS Priority should take between 1 and 3 business days and UPS Ground between 2 and 5 business days.
